Leona Lewis – new single ‘Collide’
British winner of X-Factor 2006 Leona Lewis has launched a new single “Collide.” The rising star presents a new sound on her forthcoming album, a more catchy pop and dance song that it’s very suitable for the dance floor.
She recently returned to London after writing new material in America. Her third album is scheduled for November this year.
Talking about “Collide” Leona Lewis says: ”I am excited for people to see a different side to my music. I’m a fan of so many different genres and styles. For me this song has all the great ingredients of a summer anthem. I can’t wait for my fans to hear it and to share the rest of the album.”
After winning the third series of X-Factor in 2006, the singer earned worldwide success. In the same year she broke the record for having the fastest-selling debut album. She then became the first British female star to go straight to No1 in the US Billboard album charts with her debut “Spirit” including songs like “Bleeding Love” and “Homeless.” Also having a hit with a cover from Snow Patrol’s “Run.”
